Refund Policy for VisionVibe Marketing

At Vision Vibe Marketing, we are committed to delivering high-quality video marketing services tailored to your business needs. We strive for client satisfaction in every project. Because our services are custom and project-based, we have established the following refund policy:
1. Project-Based Services
Due to the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final once production begins. Refunds are not offered on completed services. However, we offer a transparent process and multiple approval checkpoints to ensure your satisfaction throughout the project.
2. Deposits and Retainers
A non-refundable deposit or retainer may be required to secure your project. This deposit covers planning, pre-production, and resource allocation. If you cancel the project before work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
3. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you choose to cancel your project before any work has started, you may request a refund in writing within 5 business days of payment. Approved refunds will be issued minus any administrative or consultation fees already incurred.
4. Revision Policy
We offer a reasonable number of revisions as part of our standard packages. If you're not satisfied with the initial draft(s), we will work with you to revise the video(s) based on the original project scope. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges and are non-refundable.
5. Digital Products
For any downloadable or digital products (such as templates, guides, or eLearning packages), all sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once the content has been delivered or downloaded.
6. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only in cases where:

A service was purchased in error and no work has begun

We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal circumstances
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to clientservices@visionvibemarketing.com and will be reviewed within 7 business days.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting Vision Vibe Marketing to resolve the issue is considered a breach of this refund policy. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide documentation to the financial institution.
